Preliminary relevant issues were collected around actual problems from parties such as Veilig Verkeer Nederland, Centraal Beheer, Utrecht Science Park, Gemeente Hilversum and Gemeente Woerden. As a result, the challenge goes beyond a simple competition, even though there were 2 winners of 40,000 euros each. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ImproVive organized the challenge in collaboration with Envolve. ImproVive also advised parties on the possible questions and supervised the registration and judging process. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The challenge submissions closed on the 30 June 2017, with 26 solutions entered. 5 nominees were announced in September and on the 12th of October 2017, the two winners were announced:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schwung: provide cyclists with reduced waiting times at traffic lights and get insight in bicycle parking.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Buurauto+: car sharing for elderly people, using volunteers as
